Sports Conditioning

This program is designed to help female athletes build a strong foundation in strength, speed, and movement quality, while emphasizing proper technique and injury prevention. We want to support athletic growth, build confidence, and encourage long term development.

Program Focus Areas:

  • Postural control and core stability
  • Body awareness
  • Cutting, landing, change of direction mechanics
  • Proper lifting techmiqe and movement pattern development
  • Progressive resistance training
  • Injury prevention
All Sports Conditioning sessions are 60 minutes, 2x/week, and offered in 3, 6, or 12 month commitments.
Small Group Sports Conditioning:
  • 1-3 athletes per session $360/month
Teams Sports Conditioning:
  • 5-10 athletes per session $240/month/athlete
Sports Conditioning Camp
16 weeks, June 30-Aug 22 (Time TBA)
2x/week, 60 minute sessions
  • 5-10 athletes per session $400/athlete (one time payment)
